Swift Deploy – User Agreement
This User Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions for using the Swift Deploy service, provided by Budder Technology LLC.
1. Service Description
Swift Deploy delivers custom, single-page HTML websites using AI-generated content and user-submitted form data. The final product includes personalized branding, structure, and optional contact features as specified at the time of submission.
2. Revisions & Corrections
You may request minor changes to your website’s colors or content within 7 calendar days of delivery by replying to the email confirmation. Requests received after this window may require additional fees or be declined at our discretion.
3. Hosting Disclaimer
Websites generated by Swift Deploy are hosted publicly via GitHub Pages. Budder Technology LLC is not responsible for any disruptions, takedowns, or service changes resulting from GitHub’s policies or technical issues. If your website becomes unavailable due to GitHub action, we will assist in downloading the files for alternate hosting, but cannot guarantee continuous uptime or access.
4. Use of AI Content
All website content is generated using AI based on the information you submit. While we strive for accuracy and professionalism, Budder Technology does not guarantee factual correctness or legal compliance of the generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content prior to public use.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your business name and branding. Budder Technology retains the right to reuse or adapt the core structure and components of the Swift Deploy tool for other customers. No part of the system may be reverse-engineered or resold without written permission.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the automated nature of the service and immediate delivery of digital assets, all sales are final. If your site fails to generate, we will make every reasonable effort to deliver a working version or provide a refund at our discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
Budder Technology LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Swift Deploy. The service is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting your information and using Swift Deploy, you agree to the terms of this User Agreement. This agreement is subject to change without notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
